Cardiff LiquidOffice™ Partners with Microsoft to Enable Routing and Tracking of Forms for Microsoft Office InfoPath 2003

Broad Functionality of LiquidOffice Facilitates Conversion and Publishing of PDF, HTML, and to InfoPath and Supports Users Not Running Office 2003

San Diego, CA - 2003-10-21 - Cardiff Software Inc., a leading global provider of document capture and eForm solutions for the enterprise, today announced that its open-architected, flexible LiquidOffice™ eForm automation solution supports Microsoft Office InfoPath 2003. LiquidOffice's out of the box capabilities enable enterprises to publish, manage, and track InfoPath forms, speeding workflow and saving time across the organization.

LiquidOffice automatically manages the routing and approval processes for electronic forms. By supporting standards for XML, HTML and PDF, LiquidOffice ensures connectivity into all back-end databases and ERP systems within an enterprise. LiquidOffice can extend the impact InfoPath has on an organization beyond the desktop by enabling distribution of eForms to users who haven't installed the InfoPath client.

"Without LiquidOffice, InfoPath users within organizations create documents and manage them on the desktop, slowing workflow and creating multiple versions of the same document," said Dennis Clerke, Cardiff president and CEO. "With LiquidOffice enabling InfoPath, knowledge workers can create forms once and then publish them as HTML, PDF, XML, and InfoPath-facilitating support for all users, inside or outside the firewall."

A centralized Web application that manages all back-end connectivity and communication in the forms process, LiquidOffice also enables secure two-way data exchange between InfoPath and database forms, such as, HTML and PDF, ensuring the integrity of information while also increasing the speed of workflow. This allows users to choose an eForm solution appropriate for changing business needs-InfoPath for one employee group, HTML for the a public Web site, and PDF for a supply chain partner. Using LiquidOffice lets organizations connect paper forms to InfoPath through eForm automation.

Deployed across a number of vertical industries, including education, insurance and the public sector, Cardiff eForm solutions are more widely deployed than any other eForm solution. Due to its natural integration with an endless variety of business types, LiquidOffice is increasing efficiencies and driving productivity in form-based business processes for a diverse set of organizations.
