Anite and Cardiff Create Knowledge Management Tool for Social Care
Brentford, England - 2003-08-12 - Cardiff Anite Public Sector, the UK's leading supplier of IT software and solutions to local government, and Cardiff Software Ltd., have announced a partnership to develop a new online social care document generation solution.
Anite is utilising Cardiff's award-winning LiquidOffice™ eForm solution as an integral part of their market leading solution to enable Social Care and Health organisations to reduce costs, increase productivity and improve customer service, facilitating the drive towards full electronic records.
Social Care and Health information, like most services in the Public Sector, is most commonly captured through the use of locally created standard paper forms. Local authorities have to respond to a range of initiatives designed at improving performance through the better capture, analysis, storage, and application of information.
Tim Dubes, VP, Sales and Marketing EMEA of Cardiff stated: "This exciting partnership shows how Cardiff LiquidOffice's scalability and interoperability and Anite's expertise in delivering government process automation solutions provide organizations with a best-of-breed eForm solution to meet the demands of government mandates."
Anite's eForms solution supports the replacement of manual paper processes with online forms and documents. It creates, deploys and automatically manages the routing, tracking and approval processes for electronic documents. This solution improves productivity through automation, creates operational efficiencies by eliminating redundant tasks, improves effectiveness by reducing manual errors, and accelerates productivity through a Web-based interface that provides access to multiple locations without added technology burdens.
Stephen Meyler, Managing Director, Anite Health and Social Care commented: "We are committed to helping our clients achieve their eGovernment targets. We are delighted to announce the partnership with Cardiff and, given the drive towards electronic records and integration, we know it will be welcomed by our clients."
