Cardiff TELEform Implementation Receives Channel Connection Award at AIIM Conference
Cardiff reseller eiConsulting receives award for TELEform® implementation at HomeBanc that resulted in a three-month ROI; Award represents third consecutive win by a Cardiff reseller
San Diego, CA - 2003-04-14 - Cardiff Software Inc., a leading global provider of business process-automation solutions, today announced that an implementation of Cardiff TELEform was recognized with a Channel Connection Award at last week's AIIM Conference in New York City. Cardiff reseller eiConsulting won the award in the Innovative Form Processing category for its implementation of Cardiff TELEform at HomeBanc Mortgage Corporation, one of the largest retail mortgage lenders in the Southeast. This is the third consecutive Channel Connection award presented to a Cardiff reseller for an implementation of a Cardiff business process automation solution.
Atlanta-based eiConsulting was recognized for its implementation of a TELEform-based data capture solution that enabled HomeBanc to realize a complete return on investment (ROI) in less than three months. Co-sponsored by Advanstar's AIIM 2003 and Business Solutions magazine, the Channel Connection Awards recognize VARs and integrators for outstanding installations that demonstrate integration complexity and deliver ROI.
Taking advantage of TELEform's exceptional enterprise connectivity, eiConsulting integrated TELEform with Hyland Software's OnBase integrated document management solution and Canon high-speed scanners to automate the collection and processing of HomeBanc loan documents. Working together, TELEform is able to capture and process 60,000 duplex forms per day that are input via the Canon scanners.
TELEform then passes the processed data into Onbase where a workflow is initiated to distribute the information to a quality control team and automated rules engine for data verification. The combined solution enabled HomeBanc to increase productivity by more than 50 percent in the first five weeks and lowered total operating costs by 10 percent annually.
