LiquidOffice™ v2.1 Certified to Run on the IBM WebSphere® J2EE Application Server Platform

Companies utilizing the IBM WebSphere Application Server can now leverage Cardiff's powerful eForm automation solution to significantly reduce costs by streamlining form-driven processes

San Diego, CA - 2003-03-24 - Cardiff Software Inc., a leading global provider of business process-automation solutions, today announced that it has certified LiquidOffice™ to run on IBM WebSphere Java™ 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE) Application Server, Version 5.0. A member of IBM's PartnerWorld for Developers program, Cardiff now supports its award-winning eForm automation solution running on IBM's market-leading application server.

Certification on the IBM WebSphere Application Server is made possible with the LiquidOffice v2.1 Service Pack, which is immediately available to LiquidOffice customers. This latest LiquidOffice certification enables large enterprises that have standardized on the IBM WebSphere platform to take advantage of Cardiff's powerful solution for creating, deploying and automatically managing the routing, tracking and approval processes for electronic forms.

Leveraging LiquidOffice's eForm technology, businesses operating in form-driven environments can significantly reduce the costs associated with the manual processing and routing of forms. LiquidOffice offers businesses a rapid return on investment through increased employee productivity, reduced operational costs and the elimination of costly data errors. Designed for medium- and large-sized enterprises, LiquidOffice is optimized for enterprise connectivity and can easily scale to meet organizational requirements.

"By certifying LiquidOffice on the IBM WebSphere Application Server, Cardiff is able to offer its eForm automation technology to companies taking advantage of IBM's powerful platform for building, deploying and integrating e-business initiatives," said Russ Gould, director of product management for Cardiff. "This certification also validates Cardiff's open standards approach and demonstrates our commitment to supporting the latest technology infrastructure solutions."

IBM WebSphere Application Server is a high-performance and extremely scalable transaction engine for dynamic e-business applications. Its open services infrastructure allows companies to deploy a core operating environment that works as a reliable foundation capable of handling high volume secure transactions and Web services. WebSphere continues the evolution to a single Web services-enabled, J2EE application server and development environment that addresses the essential elements needed for an on-demand operating environment.
