Cardiff Software Ltd. Announces WPC Software as Channel Partner for LiquidOffice™

Leading supplier of computer software to UK police forces becomes a certified channel reseller of Cardiff's award-winning eForm management solution

Brentford, England - 2003-03-19 - Cardiff Software Ltd., a leading global provider of business process-automation solutions, today announced WPC Software (WPC) as a certified channel partner for Cardiff LiquidOffice™, an award-winning eForm management solution.

WPC has more than 15 years experience in the delivery of IT solutions to emergency service and other public sector organisations across the UK. The addition of Cardiff LiquidOffice to WPC's product portfolio will allow them to provide eForm management systems to new and existing clients in the emergency service sector and beyond. Given the current drive by organisations to lower processing costs and streamline operations, WPC expects this new application area to account for a growing proportion of its business over the next two years.

Cardiff is committed to providing outstanding training and marketing support to handpicked, high-quality partners such as WPC Software. This essential investment in its partner relationships and the powerful functionality and versatility of Cardiff's business process automation solutions continue to drive the success of the Cardiff certified reseller program.

Alan Walker, managing director at WPC Software, comments: "The major attraction of LiquidOffice to WPC is its flexible design. This allows us to provide a modern eForms solution either straight out of the box, or as part of a fully-integrated system interacting with the customer's other applications. In addition, LiquidOffice's ability to reduce waste and operating costs while increasing manpower productivity enables organisations to realise a rapid investment return. This is a major selling point, as WPC can work with customers to estimate these benefits and demonstrate how quickly these systems can repay their cost."

Paul Savage, Cardiff Software's UK sales manager, comments: "By combining LiquidOffice's eForm management technology with WPC's industry experience, emergency service and other public sector organisations now have a very attractive option to reduce costs and streamline operations."

LiquidOffice provides organisations with a solution that automates all aspects of forms and documents. It easily creates, routes, tracks, approves and signs online eForms using industry standard XML, HTML and PDF formats. Cardiff's XML-based business process automation solution generates database queries for real-time validation. It routes forms to the appropriate department and notifies managers by email when digital approvals are needed. This results in efficient and secure electronic processing of form and document information.
