Cardiff Software Announces Partnership With Quickstream Software
Leading document management vendor to resell the Cardiff TELEform® information capture solution; New Connect Agent enables seamless integration with Quickstream's e-Content Management Platform
San Diego, CA - 2003-02-03 - Cardiff Software Inc., a leading global provider of business process-automation solutions, today announced a reseller agreement with Quickstream, a leading document management solutions provider. As a certified Cardiff reseller, Quickstream will be adding the TELEform® information capture solution to its suite of information management solutions. By adopting TELEform, Quickstream will be able to offer its customers a high volume data and document capture solution with a proven reputation for ease-of-deployment, quick return-on-investment and a low total cost-of-ownership. In addition, a newly developed TELEform Connect Agent will enable Quickstream to seamlessly integrate TELEform with Quickstream's popular e-Content Management Platform.
Quickstream is committed to providing its customers with a highly scalable, integratable and configurable Java-based document management system. Quickstream's platform has been designed to meet a wide variety of document management needs, ranging from small departmental solutions to large distributed J2EE installations. By integrating Cardiff TELEform using the new Connect Agent, Quickstream will be able to expand its platform by allowing large volumes of scanned documents to be managed directly within Quickstream's flexible, Web-based application.
"With the new Connect Agent, Quickstream can now integrate seamlessly with the Cardiff TELEform solution," said Quickstream President Eric Westerkamp. "This means that customers can now directly export scanned images into the Quickstream Platform, while maintaining all of the indexing information."
The Quickstream e-Content Management Platform v4.0 is a combination of traditional document management features with new-era content management technologies like Java, J2EE, XML and HTML. The Platform is a flexible application for sorting, displaying, exchanging and controlling electronic business files over the Web regardless of format. Its architecture is uniquely designed to enable the rapid assembly of powerful, custom e-Content management solutions through modifications at the JSP, XML or API level.
