Toys 'R' Us (Aust.) Pty. Ltd. Selects Cardiff LiquidOffice™ to Automate Forms and Business Processes
One of the world's leading retailers uses LiquidOffice to increase productivity and efficiency
San Diego, CA - 2003-01-21 - Cardiff Software, Inc., a leading global provider of business process-automation solutions, today announced that its LiquidOffice™ eForm automation solution has been selected by Toys "R" Us, (Aust.) Pty. Ltd., in Sydney, Australia. Toys "R" Us, one of the world's leading retailers of toys, children's apparel and baby products, will use LiquidOffice for process and system flow redefinition including workflow management.
Cardiff LiquidOffice will be used to improve the speed and efficiency of the entire workflow across all departments of Toys "R" Us, (Aust.) Pty. Ltd., including use of LiquidOffice's database capture functionality to serve as a collection agent. Using this capability, data will be aggregated and distributed by report or file transfer, greatly reducing time spent on administrative procedures and eliminating the manual handling of paper documents. A Web-based solution, LiquidOffice will enable employees to use Internet technology to input and track data at every stage in the approval process, thereby realizing significant data entry cost savings, a reduction in documentation loss during transit and an increase in profitability.
Cardiff LiquidOffice is a complete eForm automation system that allows organizations to design, route, track, approve and sign electronic forms online via a standard Web browser. The Cardiff solution was recommended by CAYLX Software (Pacific) Pty.
