Cardiff LiquidOffice™ Selected by Christian Relief Services Charities to Automate Form Processing Across Remote Locations
Christian Relief Services Charities to use LiquidOffice to streamline and standardize form-driven processes across 12 locations nationwide
San Diego, CA - 2003-01-08 - Cardiff Software Inc., a leading global provider of business process-automation solutions, today announced that Christian Relief Services Charities (CRSC) has selected the Cardiff LiquidOffice™ eForm automation solution to automate and expedite form-driven processes across several remote locations. CRSC's human resources department will use LiquidOffice to better serve its employees through an improved ability to respond to, process and approve a variety of personnel action forms. In addition, LiquidOffice will enable CRSC to standardize all departmental forms across 12 separate locations and provide its employees with the ability to easily submit and approve forms online via its corporate intranet.
Each day, CRSC's human resources department receives up to several hundred forms that require processing, approvals, and responses. By automating these form-driven processes with LiquidOffice, CRSC will be able to reduce the amount of time and resources required to process and respond to personnel requests. LiquidOffice replaces a time-consuming paper-based process, which required users to manually fill out and submit a variety of HR-related forms. Now, with LiquidOffice, CRSC can maintain an online database of current personnel forms that can be easily accessed by its entire staff from any standard Web browser. By having an online form repository, CRSC is able to standardize the look-and-feel of its forms and also ensure that its employees are using the most up-to-date version.
"As a non-profit organization, we are constantly looking for ways to streamline operations and costs, and by automating our form-driven processes with LiquidOffice, we are able to do more with the resources we have," said Neil Krizek, director of operations at Christian Relief Services Charities. "With LiquidOffice we are able to process more forms, more quickly and more efficiently, which ultimately benefits our management, staff and the people we serve through our charitable works."
CRSC employees also benefit from LiquidOffice's many intelligent features, which drastically reduce the time and effort required to submit forms, including an auto-fill capability that pre-populates user-profile fields based on login information. Moreover, user training is greatly minimized by LiquidOffice's intuitive interface and its use of standards-based technology such as HTML and Adobe® PDF. In addition to its ability to increase employee productivity, LiquidOffice also helps eliminate data errors by incorporating database validations, calculations and other intelligent eForm features.
