Cardiff LiquidOffice™ to Automate Business Processes at State University of New York at Geneseo
SUNY Geneseo's Division of Administration & Finance selects LiquidOffice eForm automation solution to standardize and automate multiple form-driven processes
San Diego, CA - 2002-12-09 - Cardiff Software Inc., a leading global provider of business process-automation solutions, today announced that the State University of New York (SUNY) College at Geneseo's Division of Administration & Finance has selected the Cardiff LiquidOffice™ eForm automation solution to standardize and streamline several form-driven processes. LiquidOffice replaces various existing procedures, including those that required users to manually print, fill out and route completed forms using the campus mail system. A Web-based, user-friendly solution, LiquidOffice will enable SUNY Geneseo to reduce training and support requirements by standardizing several internal business processes with one intuitive interface.
The Division of Administration & Finance at SUNY Geneseo is currently using LiquidOffice to automate the annual budget approval process for many of its departments. Every year, these university departments create budget proposals itemizing projected sources of revenue and various categories of expenses for the coming year. LiquidOffice will give these departments the ability to automatically submit completed budget proposals for executive approvals and final routing to the university's budget office. In addition to significantly speeding up the approval process, LiquidOffice will enable the budget office to make better financial projections based on the ability to track the amount and approval status of each departmental budget proposal.
