Cardiff Releases LiquidOffice™ v2.1 Connect Agent for FileNET Panagon™ Content Services

LiquidOffice Connect Agent enables exporting and indexing of completed forms and attachments into Panagon Content Services; Recently released TELEform® Connect Agent to Panagon Image Services and Content Services integrates information capture technology

San Diego, CA - 2002-10-22 - Cardiff Software Inc., a leading global provider of business process-automation solutions, today announced the general availability of a certified Cardiff LiquidOffice™ Connect Agent for FileNET Panagon™ Content Services. This new release enables customers and resellers of Panagon to seamlessly integrate FileNET's leading platform for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) with the LiquidOffice eForm management solution. Combined with the recently released Cardiff TELEform® Connect Agent for Content Services and Image Services, FileNET Panagon users are now able to leverage the powerful information capture technology of TELEform and the innovative eForm management capabilities of LiquidOffice.

The new Connect Agent enables LiquidOffice users to export completed HTML and PDF forms and related attachments into Panagon's Content Services system. LiquidOffice forms exported into Panagon Content Services' centralized document repository are indexed and archived in PDF format along with any attachments in their native format. Once archived, authorized users across the enterprise can easily conduct sophisticated searches to retrieve a requested form. The integrated solution enables users to take advantage of LiquidOffice's form-driven process automation and Panagon Content Services' enterprise content management functionality.

Leveraging Cardiff LiquidOffice's eForm technology, businesses operating in form-driven environments can significantly reduce the costs associated with the manual processing and routing of forms. LiquidOffice offers businesses a rapid return on investment through increased employee productivity, reduced operational costs and the elimination of costly data errors. Designed for medium- and large-sized enterprises, LiquidOffice is optimized for enterprise connectivity and can easily scale to meet organizational requirements.

"The ability to seamlessly integrate LiquidOffice with FileNET's enterprise content management platform provides our customers with a powerful solution for managing the archival of completed LiquidOffice forms requiring long-term storage," said Mark Seamans, Cardiff's chief technology officer. "Likewise, users of Panagon Content Services are able to benefit from LiquidOffice's ability to dramatically reduce the costs and productivity drains associated with the manual processing of corporate forms."

Panagon Content Services is an enterprise-class family of document repository software services for creating, accessing, managing, securing, and dynamically updating business-critical electronic documents. A proven, full-featured back-end server for eContent management, Panagon Content Services provides universal access to enterprise information repositories via the Web by leveraging FileNET's Panagon Web Services, as well as the Microsoft® Windows-based Panagon IDM Desktop client.
