Cardiff LiquidOffice Selected by Bath Spa University College to Streamline and Automate Processing of All Official Forms

A leading eForm management solution, LiquidOffice will enable the automatic routing, tracking and authorisation of all Bath Spa's forms and will export the completed forms into its back-office financial systems.
Using LiquidOffice's eForm management capabilities, Bath Spa can significantly reduce the amount of time and expense it currently takes to process and approve forms by reducing data entry requirements and eliminating the need for end users to print, fill out and mail back forms. In addition, Bath Spa will be able to improve its ability to plan and make projections by using LiquidOffice's form tracking functionality to determine what projects are being approved and under what timeframe. The automation of manual form processes provides Bath Spa University College with significant cost savings and efficiency gains, which were key decision drivers in its purchase of LiquidOffice.
