Cardiff Releases LiquidOffice™ v2.1 With Enhanced Enterprise Connectivity; New Data Collection Edition Offers Online Form Capture for OEM Integrations
LiquidOffice v2.1 achieves superior enterprise connectivity through a robust set of APIs, expanded platform support, including running in J2EE environments; Data Collection Edition features online data capture functionality that OEM partners can easily integrate with complementary applications

This latest version of Cardiff's premier Web-based eForm management solution features superior enterprise interoperability for business applications, additional support for governmental accessibility standards and several important user experience enhancements. An enterprise-level product, LiquidOffice v2.1 is a complete solution for creating and deploying electronic forms and automatically managing all aspects of form routing, tracking and approval. LiquidOffice v2.1 is also available in a Data Collection Edition for use with OEM partners. Data Collection Edition enables businesses to easily create intelligent eForms for online form submission to a backend system.

Cardiff LiquidOffice v2.1 features improvements in three main categories: Enterprise Interoperability, Government and W3C Accessibility Guidelines, and User Experience Enhancements.
Enterprise Interoperability
A standards-based solution, LiquidOffice v2.1 can run in a J2EE environment, and now features Macintosh desktop support and ships with a comprehensive set of APIs to offer the highest level of enterprise connectivity. These APIs ensure rapid integration with all enterprise applications and include specific support for: Connect Agent, Single Sign-On, Workflow and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP). Superior interoperability allows organizations to easily leverage technology investments in complementary applications, and LiquidOffice's eForm technology helps companies stay competitive by increasing employee efficiency and productivity while simultaneously minimizing costs.
Government and W3C Accessibility Guidelines
LiquidOffice v2.1 incorporates several new features to help organizations to quickly and effectively design eForms that meet accessibility guidelines as established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. For example, new Form Reading Order functionality enables users who are visually impaired to properly navigate through a LiquidOffice PDF or HTML form with the assistance of a screen reader.
User Experience Enhancements
LiquidOffice v2.1 also introduces several user experience enhancements that extend the functionality and value of the product within an organization. Ad Hoc Email Routing is a new optional add-on component that allows users without a LiquidOffice login to receive, view, edit and transfer routed forms on an ad hoc basis. Using this valuable feature, organizations can now automatically route forms for review by outside partners and vendors. Likewise, new distributed form approval processing (work queues) creates a shared inbox where forms can be routed for approval. In this way, productivity is increased by the ability to designate an entire group of users who can access and process a shared queue of incoming forms.
LiquidOffice v2.1 Data Collection Edition for OEM Partners
LiquidOffice v2.1 is now also available in a Data Collection Edition. LiquidOffice Data Collection Edition is a superior online data collection solution that is designed to bring maximum value to OEM partners. Incorporating the core data collection feature-set of LiquidOffice, Data Collection Edition is based on the same open standards that enable it to easily integrate with a variety of industry specific solutions and complementary back-office applications. LiquidOffice Data Collection Edition is the ideal solution for organizations that want a central form repository with print on demand capabilities, online validations and lookups, and online form submission that can tie directly to an OEM vendor's application. It also provides a smooth upgrade path to the Enterprise Edition of LiquidOffice that includes advanced routing, robust API's and flexible data output functionality.
