(NASDAQ: VRTY), a leading provider of infrastructure software that powers corporate intranets and e-commerce sites as well as e-business applications, today announced its support for Documentum 5, the next generation enterprise content management (ECM) platform from Documentum (NASDAQ: DCTM), the leading provider of ECM.
The recently announced Documentum 5 redefines enterprise content management by delivering a host of new capabilities. The new content management platform allows for complete creation, management, delivery and archival of content. Verity's advanced search technology addresses the challenges of finding an enterprise's mission-critical information. Other Verity Gateways will allow users access to different content repositories. Verity's full support for security ensures that users will not find or know about information they are not authorized to access.
