VS Production is a fully integrated software solution for professional video production that streamlines the video production and archiving workflow from content acquisition to distribution. The software solution automates critical workflow functions to help broadcasters and other video production professionals reduce operating costs, improve programming quality, preserve assets and speed time-to-air. VS Production creates a structured video index while simultaneously controlling multiple encoders, including the Grass Valley Profile® XP Servers to simultaneously create multiple high- and low-resolution video formats, such as MPEG-2, MPEG-1 and streaming formats.
