Cardiff Software brings eForm Technology to Leon County Schools
One of the nation's top 50 public school district to implement Cardiff LiquidOffice™ to manage 200+ official forms serving 44,000 students and administrators
San Diego - 2002-08-20 - Cardiff Software Inc., a leading global provider of business process-automation solutions, today announced that Leon County Schools has selected LiquidOffice™ to manage all official and unofficial forms for the entire district consisting of 44,000 students, teachers and administrative staff across 40 different school centers. The LiquidOffice eForm management solution will enable the automatic routing and approval of administrative, enrollment and parent authorization forms and will replace a rudimentary online effort that was limited by the use of static Microsoft® Word® and Adobe® PDF files.
One of the top fifty public school districts in the U.S., Leon County Schools is taking a progressive approach to standardize and streamline its forms-driven processes through the use of LiquidOffice to automate workflows, track data, authenticate users and implement digital signatures. LiquidOffice was chosen for its flexibility and enterprise interoperability to easily connect with complementary back-office applications.
