Cardiff Releases New Version of MEDIclaim Option for TELEform v8.1
Cardiff TELEform MEDIclaim Option features improved recognition and system automation for the rapid and efficient processing of all standardized U.S. medical claim forms
San Diego - 2002-08-12 - Cardiff Software Inc., a leading global provider of business process-automation solutions, today announced the immediate availability of Cardiff TELEform™ v8.1 MEDIclaim Option, a specialized automated data collection solution for all standard U.S. medical claim forms. This new version leverages TELEform v8.1's improved recognition and also incorporates several form processing enhancements. TELEform MEDIclaim Option enables insurance companies to reduce costs associated with manual data entry and improve their level of service through faster, more accurate processing.
New features added to TELEform v8.1 MEDIclaim Option include multi-form claim linking to streamline the exporting of data into back-office applications and new auto-parsing routines to increase processing speeds by reducing the amount of data requiring verification. Additionally, TELEform MEDIclaim Option extends its functionality with Selective Key From Image (SKFI) form templates to enable capture of information from handwritten and un-scannable forms. TELEform MEDIclaim Option works with Cardiff TELEform Enterprise automated form and image processing software to quickly and accurately convert paper-based data from HCFA-1500, UB-92 and non-regulated medical claims forms into digital information. Eliminating the need to manually sort incoming forms, TELEform MEDIclaim Option automatically sorts and identifies claim forms and document attachments received from fax and scanner devices and also can be configured for Web-based data collection. An extremely flexible solution, existing non-standard forms can be automated for processing within minutes.
