Under the terms of the agreement, Amicus will offer eForm management capabilities to its rapidly growing user base through an OEM version of Cardiff LiquidOffice™. The use of LiquidOffice technology will help Amicus' client companies to streamline processes and reduce back-office costs in the process-driven financial services industry where most communication is done by forms.
