Cardiff Announces Certified TELEform™ v8.1 Connect Agent?for FileNET Panagon™ Content and Image Services

Cardiff TELEform v.81 adds improved automated forms processing and document capture capabilities and provides seamless integration with FileNET Panagon through a certified Connect Agent

San Diego - 2002-07-15 - Cardiff Software Inc., a leading global provider of business process-automation solutions, today announced the immediate availability of a certified Cardiff TELEform™ Connect Agent for FileNET Panagon Content and Image Services. This new certification enables customers and resellers of Panagon, FileNET's (Nasdaq: FILE) leading platform for Enterprise Content Maqnagement (ECM), to seamlessly integrate with TELEform's powerful form processing and document capture capabilities.

This new Connect Agent will enable users to automatically capture, convert and route paper-based forms and documents into Panagon's enterprise-class content management solution. Panagon Content and Image Services is a proven, full-featured back-end server for content management that provides universal Internet access to enterprise information repositories via the Panagon Web Services solution and the Microsoft® Windows-based Panagon IDM Desktop client. Working in tandem, TELEform and Panagon provide businesses with a powerful tool for streamlining business processes by enabling users to capture, create, access, manage, secure and dynamically update business-critical electronic documents.

A number of major organizations looking to implement automated information capture and processing for paper and online forms have selected the Cardiff TELEform solution for FileNET Panagon. Current customers using TELEform with FileNET Panagon include BAX Global, Bankers Trust, CoInvest, D'Arrigo Brothers, Kaiser Permanente, Mobil, Royal Union Bank, Wells Fargo and the Australian Air Force. These organizations reduce costs by replacing manual data entry with automated processing and by replacing paper forms with online eForms.
