Autonomy will automatically aggregate content for europrospectus.com from more than 100,000 sources in real-time, including debt, equity and warrant prospectuses, as well as mergers and acquisitions documents. The service will bring direct benefit to users as diverse as investment bankers, lawyers, asset managers, regulators, exchanges, clearing houses and trustees, for whom Autonomy will generate automatic hyperlinks to related content, and will provide automatic personalization of relevant information.
