SUNNYVALE, CA - 2002-04-09 - Verity, Inc. (Nasdaq: VRTY), a leading provider of infrastructure software that powers enterprise and e-commerce portals as well as e-business applications, today announced that Bell Globemedia Interactive, which owns Canada's leading suite of Internet properties including globeandmail.com and ctv.ca, will upgrade to Verity K2 Enterprise software. The upgrade will enhance Bell Globemedia Interactive's ability to organize and retrieve breaking news content with greater speed and accuracy.
