Adrian Scott Appointed To Dremedia Board

LONDON, United Kingdom - 04 April 2002

Dremedia today announced the appointment of Adrian Scott to its advisory board as part of a move to expand the team to include influential figures from the film broadcast, and technology industries.

Adrian Scott has spent his whole career in broadcast news. He brings with him a wealth of experience in pioneering broadcast news technology, starting as a journalist at LBC, IRN, TV-am and ITN; and moving on to a number of senior roles at broadcast technology companies such as Director of Marketing for Autocue; VP of EMEA Marketing for iNews (formerly BASYS) and European Broadcast Market Manager for Avid Technology. Adrian will be working with the Dremedia team to expand the business throughout Europe and grow the sales efforts of the company.

Adrian is recognised as one of the leading visionaries in the field of newsroom technology. Dremedia will benefit from his extensive knowledge of the broadcast news marketplace throughout the world, as well as gaining access to his many contacts amongst broadcasters, manufacturers and industry bodies. His decision to join Dremedia is recognition of its commitment to become one of the driving forces behind the changing face of the broadcast industry.
