Cardiff's TELEform® and LiquidOffice™ Combination Wins
Fourth consecutive year "Best of AIIM" bestowed upon Cardiff; Together, TELEform v8.0 and LiquidOffice seamlessly automate the capture, routing, tracking and processing of paper-based and electronic forms
San Diego - 2002-03-27 - Cardiff Software Inc., a leading global provider of business process-automation solutions, today announced that its TELEform and LiquidOffice combination has been honored with the "Best of AIIM 2002" award for integrated forms and e-forms processing by CMP Media's Transform Magazine. Editors of the publication reviewed hundreds of products and technologies exhibited at the AIIM (Association for Information and Image Management) 2002 Conference & Exposition earlier this month in San Francisco and chose 15 "Best of AIIM 2002" winners from a variety of categories, all of which are honored in the magazine's April issue.
"Cardiff is alone in offering a truly integrated approach to automating both paper and electronic transactions," the magazine wrote in its review. "Forms designed in (or adapted to) the company's TELEform v8.0 forms processing system are instantly converted into PDF or HTML variants in Cardiff's LiquidOffice 2.0 e-form system. Best of all, most of the field formatting, validations and business rules you set up once for paper forms will work in both systems."
This marks the fourth consecutive year Cardiff Software has garnered a "Best of AIIM" award for its innovation in process automation of forms and documents. The "Best of AIIM" award recognizes products that help organizations reinvent the way they do business with breakthrough technologies or powerful combinations of state-of-the-art features.
"As part of our annual selection process, our editors fanned out at AIIM and personally met with more than 100 vendors, and we also carefully reviewed all of the announcements made at the show," said Doug Henschen, Transform's editor-in-chief. "As a follow up, we consulted with analysts, contributing editors, consultants and more than a few customers, so we're confident in our praise of these technologies."
Cardiff Software's integrated product suite offers a total life-cycle solution encompassing information capture, eForms management and PDF document assembly solutions. Working together, Cardiff TELEform, LiquidOffice and LiquidPDF integrate the collection, management and response processes of government and corporate organizations for forms and documents. TELEform quickly and easily captures and converts paper-based and electronic forms into digital data. The data is then passed to LiquidOffice, which extends the process-automation lifecycle by automatically managing the routing, tracking and approval processes throughout the organization. Finally, LiquidPDF completes the transaction by automatically creating a personalized response document set from a library of existing PDF files - including "fillable and signable forms." Within seconds, customers receive a personalized document set based on the information they requested delivered via paper, email or browser.
"Our integrated platform for total process automation is the first to support documents and forms through the entire transaction lifecycle," said Dennis Clerke, CEO of Cardiff. "We support all phases of forms and document transactions - from capture to management and responses - by leveraging XML connectivity."
Full details on the selections are available online at www.transformmag.com and are included in a special eight-page "Best of AIIM 2002" section published in the April issue of the magazine, mailing this week.
