Cardiff Expands Outreach to Reseller Channel; Names Maria Mikus North American Channel Sales Manager
San Diego - 2001-04-03 - Cardiff Software, Inc., a leader in forms processing and eBusiness automation solutions, today announced the promotion of Maria Mikus to North American Channel sales manager. Mikus' promotion is the latest step in Cardiff's recently announced expansion of the Cardiff Channel Program.
In her new position Mikus is responsible for developing and growing revenues generated by Cardiff's North America Channel, and will hire and support Cardiff's field-based regional Channel managers. Mikus brings extensive knowledge to this position, having served in the past five years as regional account manager, sales manager and business development manager at Cardiff. As a sales manager, Mikus helped increase revenues and expand the inside sales team from 14 to 32. In her business development role, she was responsible for revenue relationships with strategic partners including Open Text and SPSS, Inc.
Prior to joining Cardiff in 1996, Mikus worked in sales at International Spectrum, specializing in re-hosting companies from the PICK Operation System to UNIX. She obtained and serviced major accounts including IBM, Digital, and NCR. Mikus earned her bachelor's degree in international business from San Diego State University. She is a member of Women in Technology, a volunteer soccer coach for the Special Olympics, and mentors underprivileged teens.
In a related announcement, Cardiff will host its seventh annual reseller conference, Connections 2001: The Future in Focus, April 7 to 10 at the Westin Horton Plaza Hotel in San Diego. More than 400 reseller partners, distributors, and integrators will learn about Cardiff's latest technologies including the recently announced LiquidForms™ eForm Management System, a result of the expanded alliance between Adobe Systems Inc., (NASDAQ: ADBE) and Cardiff.
