Cardiff Strengthens Consulting Services Division, Names Patrick Ward Vice President Consulting Services
San Diego - 2001-02-09 - Cardiff Software, Inc., a leading supplier of forms processing and business automation solutions, today announced the appointment of Patrick Ward as the company's vice president of consulting services. Ward has more than eight years of experience in consulting services management and delivery, and has been Cardiff's director of consulting services for the past three years.
Ward's promotion is a key component of Cardiff's increased investment in its overall sales and delivery organizations, and follows three years of over 50 percent growth by the Cardiff Consulting Services Division (CSD). Ward has been instrumental in building the CSD organization, bringing a formal "best-practices" methodology to the organization.
Prior to joining Cardiff, Ward held management positions at Andersen Consulting LLP during a six-year tenure in Andersen's Communications Industry Group. While at Andersen, Ward managed and participated in the development of multiple large client solutions in customer care, billing and order entry engagements, all within the telecommunications and financial services industries. Ward holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Southern California and holds Certified Document Imaging Architechs (CDIA) designation.
