NativeMinds' vRepsTM Solution To Be Integrated With Siebel eBusiness Applications to Offer Customers Intuitive Web Self-Help Experience
San Francisco, CA - 2001-02-05 - NativeMinds, a leading provider of software and services to build online virtual sales and service representatives called vRepsTM, today announced that it has joined the Siebel Alliance Program as a Premier Software Partner. Siebel Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: SEBL) is the world's leading provider of eBusiness applications software. As part of the alliance, NativeMinds will integrate its NeuroServer product suite, the application used to create and serve vReps, with Siebel eBusiness 2000, the latest release of industry-leading Siebel eBusiness Applications. The completed integration will be submitted to the Siebel Validation Program for technical review.
Siebel Systems provides an integrated family of eBusiness applications software enabling multi-channel sales, marketing, and customer service systems to be deployed over the Web, call centers, field, reseller channels, retail, and dealer networks. NativeMinds vReps use sophisticated pattern-matching technologies and business intelligence to provide end-users with immediate natural language response to frequently asked questions, as well as deliver relevant Web content and information from customer-facing corporate databases. When integrated with Siebel eBusiness Applications, NativeMinds' vRep solution will provide end-users with an intuitive interface that enables them to ask plain English questions and receive relevant responses from Web sites running Siebel eBusiness Applications.
"Siebel Systems' robust suite of eBusiness applications has quickly made it the leader in online customer service software," said Andrew de Vries, vice president of marketing for NativeMinds. "Combining virtual representative technology with Siebel eBusiness Applications will provide customers with more intuitive interfaces for customer care and a deeper, conversational understanding of customer needs and issues."
About NativeMinds
NativeMinds is a pioneer in the development of self-service interaction management software that builds and maintains automated online customer service and support agents called vReps.
