Cardiff Software Wins Prestigious Information Management Award 2000

AudienceOne™ Personalization Server named "Best Personal Information Product"

San Diego - 2000-12-21 - Cardiff Software, Inc., a leading supplier of forms processing and business automation solutions, today announced that its AudienceOne™ Personalization Server has won the "Best Personal Information Product" award at the Information Management Awards ceremony, held recently at the Common Wealth Institute in Kensington, London. AudienceOne uses XML-based document assembly rules to automate the creation of personalized document sets and delivers them using the Web, e-mail, fax or print-on-demand systems.

Winning at the Information Management Awards is considered the highest praise for companies and products that facilitate the management of business information. Judged by an independent panel comprised of IT industry experts, press, analysts, academics and user associations, the award is given for real-world end user applications that "yield demonstrable business benefits and reflect best practices."

Tim Dubes, vice president of European marketing, Cardiff Software said, "We are delighted to be honored with this award. It is particularly gratifying to have our customer's successful deployment as the reason for this accolade."

How it Works

The AudienceOne Personalization Server allows organizations to use existing content to deliver personalized marketing collateral, reports and documents. AudienceOne dynamically merges existing electronic documents with variable text and graphics from business transactions, databases or XML data sources to create high-fidelity personalized response documents. The system personalizes on two levels: creating documents that contain specific pages of information that are requested by the user and adding variable text and graphics to existing documents, delivering a single document, complete with page numbers and a table of contents.

Tangible business benefits include:

• Lower costs for printing and distribution.

• Reduced per customer service request costs.

• Faster response rate to customers.

• Individual service to each customer.
