Under the terms of the agreement, Verity's high-performance portal infrastructure technologies, including advanced search, navigate, and view capabilities, will be integrated with the TIBCO ActivePortal™ product suite. This integration will enable TIBCO ActivePortal users to find the corporate information they need, such as inventory, sales and customer service information, reliably, quickly and easily. The two companies will work together to provide best of breed e-business solutions for mutual customer satisfaction, and will participate in joint engineering, sales and marketing activities.
