OpenGrid Selects NativeMinds' Natural Language Virtual Representative Solution for Front-Line Customer Service

Intelligent Wireless eBusiness Solutions Provider to Offer Integrated Customer Service on the Web Via vReps Integrated with Email Response Systems

vReps are automated online personalities that engage and support online customers by emulating the best in human customer service at a fraction of the cost. The OpenGrid vRep will be assigned to handle frequently asked customer support questions and be available to provide information on OpenGrid's products and services 24/7, so the company's human reps can focus on higher-level issues. In addition, OpenGrid will integrate the vRep into the company's email support system, so customers needing further information are routed to the appropriate support channel for follow-up.
