K2 Design and NativeMinds Partner to Deploy Next Generation Personalized Internet Experience -- "Virtual Representatives"

vReps are a breakthrough in eCustomer Relationship Management (eCRM), because they create the opportunity to slash millions from support costs while maintaining the high quality of customer service experience consumers demand.
