Cardiff HTML+Forms v2.0 Adds Automated Data Collection, Processing and Database Connectivity to Standard Online Web Forms
Uses Dynamic HTML Standard to deliver "zero-client" eForms that look as good as paper forms
San Diego - 2000-06-26 - Cardiff Software, Inc. announced today the immediate availability of HTML+Forms™ v2.0. HTML+Forms provides point & click tools to design Web eForms, and works with Cardiff TELEform to automate the collection, validation and processing of data from standard HTML-based forms.
HTML+Forms v2.0 has extended support for Dynamic HTML (DHTML), an industry standard that works in all modern Web browsers without the need for proprietary plug-ins or Java applets. HTML+Forms allows organizations to significantly improve the visual presentation of eForms, and automatically scrubs and verifies data submitted from online forms. Data collected from Web forms using HTML+Forms is processed by business rules and data verification applications before being passed to database and XML applications on the server.
"Cardiff's eForm products improve data collected from Web forms, preventing bad data from getting into database and BackOffice applications," said Bill Galusha, Product Manager for HTML+Forms. "This saves money by preventing shipments from being sent to incorrect addresses, and by eliminating the need for database clean-up projects due to accumulated data errors."
HTML+Forms also offers organizations the ability to create online versions of their existing paper forms, offering HTML as an affordable online data capture solution. Cardiff's solutions are used to automate the processing of both online and paper forms.
Pricing and Availability
HTML+Forms ™ v2.0 is available now and is priced at $2,495. For more information on Cardiff eForm products, please call 760.936.4500 or visit www.Cardiff.com.
