Open Text Selects Cardiff eForm and Information Capture Solutions
eForm Warehouse Suite saves organizations over $100 per paper form transaction while TELEform Data and Document Capture onramps paper documents and forms online
San Diego - 2000-05-30 - Cardiff Software announced that Open Text™ Corporation (Nasdaq: OTEX, TSE: OTC) is now selling special versions of Cardiff TELEform Information Capture and the Cardiff eForm Warehouse Suite to users of Open Text's Livelink®, a leading collaborative e-business platform.

TELEform Information Capture is the market-leading solution for processing paper documents and forms into database and content management systems. Over 20,000 organizations use TELEform to convert handprint, machine print and barcodes into online data for Back Office, database and XML applications. TELEform is also used to capture paper documents, and convert them into online PDF or TIFF images, complete with index and search information.
The eForm Warehouse™ Suite for Livelink is an integrated solution that allows organizations to put all their paper forms online, supporting HTML, Adobe PDF and XML standards. The product includes the Cardiff Form Designer, a point & click tool used to create new forms and to convert paper forms into online eForms. The eForm Warehouse Suite automates the collection and processing of HTML and PDF forms, and provides data verification and scrubbing through a business rules engine. Data from completed forms are automatically processed by Connect Agents to a wide range of database and XML applications, with completed forms also stored within the Livelink system. The eForm Warehouse Suite includes TELEform Information Capture.
