Cardiff AudienceOne Personalization Server Named Best of AIIM

The award was delivered by editors at Imaging & Document Solutions Magazine following a product evaluation completed at the recent AIIM 2000 eBusiness industry conference in New York.
The AudienceOne Personalization Server is used to increase the effectiveness of sales organizations, and to use corporate Web sites to improve customer responsiveness. It does this by building one-to-one marketing documents, complete with personalized text and graphics, using customer information and processing rules.
Adobe Systems is using the AudienceOne Personalization Server to deliver post-event collateral kits to customers that have attended an Adobe ePaper® Solutions Seminar. The day of the event each seminar attendee receives the specific product information, in a high-quality PDF document, based upon information collected from a survey that they will complete at the event.
"Historically organizations would send a complete corporate information kit through the post office or courier to attendees of seminars and shows, adding significant expense to marketing efforts," said Mark Royle, Marketing Product Manager for the Adobe ePaper Solutions Group. "Cardiff AudienceOne leverages Adobe ePaper solutions to deliver a personalized message to each attendee, replacing expensive postage and print costs with the speed and cost effectiveness of the Internet." Lexmark International uses AudienceOne to lower training time and to increase the revenue generated by their sales organization. Over 350 account managers at Lexmark use a Web-based AudienceOne application to select from thousands of marketing items, including customer letter templates, data sheets, press releases, white papers and articles. Through a step-by-step process, the sales person completes standard HTML forms answering questions about the sales opportunity. This information is processed by AudienceOne, which then configures a personalized sales kit for the client. The custom sales kits can be sent to a color laser printer, or can be sent via email as an Adobe PDF attachment to the client.
Nortel Networks uses the personalization engine of AudienceOne to deliver Web-based co-marketing program for their business partners. Over 20,000 Nortel resellers can order from over 400 co-branded marketing items using a standard Web browser. As new business cards or promotional posters are ordered, AudienceOne applies the reseller information and logo to the item. The Nortel partner receives a high-quality PDF, which can be printed locally or sent to an offset print shop.
