Tim Dubes Promoted to VP European Marketing; Charged with Building the Cardiff Brand Overseas
Cardiff leverages in-house talent to ramp up European marketing efforts
Vista - 2000-01-24 - Accelerating the company's overseas marketing strategy, Cardiff Software, Inc. today announced the promotion of Tim Dubes, currently Director or Marketing, to VP of European Marketing, effective February 15, 2000. Dubes will relocate to Cardiff's London offices and be responsible for all European marketing activities including UK, Germany, France and the Netherlands. His efforts will advance Cardiff's European growth, and solidify the company's commitment to becoming the dominant data and document capture vendor worldwide.
Dubes has been with Cardiff since 1995, and leads the company's efforts in lead generation, promotional events and marketing communication. Prior to joining Cardiff, he served as Marketing Manager for Workstation Technologies, a $10MM producer of videoconferencing technology.

Dubes' efforts will support the business leadership of Eric Vila director of U.K. operations, and Ulrich Michelberger, managing director of Germany. "Cardiff's European infrastructure is already in place with solid sales and technical leadership. Now we are taking what we've been successful with in marketing in the U.S. and porting it overseas," concluded Dubes.
