Autonomy Corporation plc to seek listing on EASDAQ

24 June 1998 - Autonomy Corporation plc (the "Company" or "Autonomy"), a UK software company, announces today its intention to seek a listing on EASDAQ via an Initial Public Offering of shares. Headquartered in Cambridge, United Kingdom, Autonomy has operations in San Francisco and New York. Paribas is lead manager and BT Alex Brown is joint lead manager to the IPO which is expected to raise approximately $50 million, of which some two thirds will be new money raised by the company and one third from shares being made available by existing shareholders.
