AUTONOMY SETS DATE FOR ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS
Cambridge, England - 24 February 2010 - Autonomy Corporation plc (LSE: AU.), a global leader in infrastructure software for the enterprise, today announced that its Board of Directors has scheduled 24 March 2010 as the date for its Annual General Meeting.
Autonomy's Annual General Meeting will be held at the company's headquarters located at Cambridge Business Park, Cowley Road, Cambridge CB4 0WZ on 24 March 2010 at 4.00 pm (London time).
All shareholders not planning to attend the meeting in person are urged to send instructions for the voting of their shares so that their shares will be represented at the meeting. Please contact your financial intermediary for the procedure to follow in order to vote your shares.
Copies of Autonomy's Notice of Annual General Meeting, Form of Proxy and Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2009 were recently mailed to shareholders.
