Autonomy Corporation plc makes the following announcement in accordance with DTR 5.6:
As of 31 January 2010 there were outstanding 240,619,944 Autonomy Corporation plc ordinary shares, nominal value 1/3p per share, each with one voting right. The foregoing figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest, Autonomy Corporation plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
