Autonomy technology powers an internal Enterprise Information Portal and enables various groups such as sales, marketing and technical specialists to manage their individual information flow from both internal and external sources.

This program remains open for any employee who wishes to refresh their knowledge. In addition, product update webcasts are broadcast globally on a weekly basis.
As a high growth company, Autonomy sets high yielding and achievable performance targets for all employees and rewards them accordingly. A measurement and review process of each employee's performance contributions is undertaken regularly and if an individual fails to meet previously agreed standards and performance criteria, they are invited to participate in additional training and education. This process has proven to be very successful but inevitably, not everyone is able to make the grade in a high performance company.
